In Place of the Mythical Country Club in North Tel Aviv: Hundreds of Apartments, Hospitality, and Towers up to 60 Floors

The Tel Aviv District Planning and Building Committee has approved the deposit of the 'Country Boulevard' project in Tel Aviv. This significant local master plan covers approximately 31 dunams in North Tel Aviv, located between Yunitzman and Ibn Gabirol streets, near the Glilot interchange and the municipal border with Herzliya. Previously a country club, the site will host 650 new residential units in three towers ranging from 20 to 60 floors, incorporating commercial and public spaces. Of these units, 100 will be allocated at a reduced price for 25 years. Additionally, a 45-floor tower will combine office and hospitality spaces. The plan also includes 7 dunams for public buildings, 2,000 square meters of commercial space, 44,000 square meters of office space, approximately 100 hotel rooms, and 9 dunams of open public space, connected to 'Hamakpetza' park. Architect Erez Ben Eliezer notes that this project is significant for the northern part of Tel Aviv, offering substantial residential and public spaces while optimizing land use.
