The Yitzhaki-Hasson Group recently completed the sale of a luxury apartment in the Sprinzak 11-13 project, located near the Tel Aviv Cinematheque, for 32 million shekels. This apartment is a 314 sqm duplex penthouse, part of an urban renewal project. It features a rooftop terrace with a pool and occupies the top two floors (5 and 6) of one of the two new buildings under construction. The buyer is a high-tech professional. This project is part of the TAMA 38 program, involving the demolition of two old buildings with 30 apartments and the construction of two new buildings with 50 apartments each. The project is currently under construction, with occupancy expected in about two and a half years. The deal was finalized after intensive negotiations, represented by attorneys Dan Halpert and Natali Shish Harari from the law firm Halpert & Co.
