Israel Land Authority Postpones Deadlines Due to Security Situation

In response to the military operation 'Shagat Ha'ari' and the security escalation, the Israel Land Authority (ILA) has decided to postpone certain deadlines and freeze interest accruals. This initiative aims to ensure economic continuity while considering the emergency situation and movement restrictions imposed on the public. Payment deadlines and the submission of critical documents are extended until March 9, 2026, without penalties. These extensions are directly linked to the security situation, allowing developers and individuals to focus on their safety. Simultaneously, the Planning Administration continues its operations with adjustments, maintaining functional continuity while being sensitive to current circumstances. These measures are intended to reduce bureaucratic pressure and prevent negative economic impacts on ILA clients. The goal is to maintain stability in the real estate sector despite security challenges.
