Real estate developer Ybox announced the sale of a penthouse in the YBOX Art project, located on Gat Rimon Street in Tel Aviv, for 55 million shekels. The penthouse spans 550 sqm and includes an additional 200 sqm of terraces. The buyer is a French businessman who recently moved to Israel. Additionally, the company reported selling four more apartments in the project for a total of 25 million shekels, bringing the total sales to 26 apartments for approximately 250 million shekels. The YBOX Art project, executed by Tidhar, features two 40-story towers with mixed-use facilities including a hotel, offices, art galleries, restaurants, and leisure spaces. The development offers 381 residential units, around 220 hotel rooms, 26,500 sqm of office space, and 1,500 sqm of leisure areas. Located near HaMesila Park, the project is within walking distance of the renowned Rothschild Boulevard, Neve Tzedek neighborhood, and Florentin. The project was designed by architect Moshe Tzur and styled by Italian architect and designer Piero Lissoni.
